For Massage Clients
We strongly believe that your time is valuable is ours and we make every attempt to be ready for your appointment and scheduled time. In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapist time, we have adopted the following policies.
Cancellations and Refunds
Please provide at least 24-hour notice, if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. As the treatments you select are reserved especially for you, and cancellation less than 1 hour in advance, is subject to a 50% cancellation charge. If late arrival is inevitable, your service may be shortened in order to keep on schedule and the original treatment time
Check-In
Please arrive for your appointment 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you time to fill out the appropriate client forms, change and prepare for the service. If a late arrival is inevitable, your service may be shortened in order to keep on schedule and the original treatment time.
Etiquette
To maintain the peaceful sanctuary of our premises, we request that visitor keep their conversation level down to a minimum. All cell phones, pagers, and electronic devices must be placed on silent or vibration mode. Smoking and consumption of drug or alcohol is prohibited.

Response to COVID 19
At Fuzion Massage the safety and wellbeing of our guests and employees are always of the highest priority. We carry out all of the cleaning hygiene protocols before and after each massage, checking that our employees are healthy.
If you have an upcoming appointment and are not feeling well, or you have any signs or symptoms of illness, including acute respiratory illness, please remain home, and you are encouraged to reschedule.

If you have a medical condition, please consult your physician before you make a reservation for a massage
It is the responsibility of the client to keep the massage therapist informed of any medical treatment currently being taken and to provide written permission from the physician, that massage may be continued.
